Agile methodology

Context

To manage my internship and the graduation assignment, I used agile methodology by dividing my planning in sprints, with each sprints having a demo and retrospective at the end to reflect on my progress.

Results

Monday board

I listed all my tasks in Monday (monday.com) and divided them into sprints. I kept this board updated every day to make sure I knew what tasks to work on, and keep relevant stakeholders up to date.

Sprint demo's

For each sprint, I made a presentation and held a sprint demo for my company supervisor and other interested parties at my internship company. I combined these into a single file:

Sprint retrospectives

For each sprint, I documented a retrospective to reflect on what went well and what I could've improved during the sprint. I combined these into a single file:

Conclusion

By using agile methodology, I kept myself and stakeholders updated on my progress. This helped me figure out which tasks remain for each sprint, and when they should be finished. I was able to reflect on each sprint with retrospectives and sprint demo's.
